They cover use of the Labrynix marketing website. Use of the Labrynix platform itself is governed by a separate written customer agreement.

2. The Site and the platform

The Site provides information about Labrynix products and services. Access to and use of the Labrynix software platform is provided separately under a written customer agreement and is not granted by these terms.

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals. By using it, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to enter into these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

  • Scrape, harvest, or misuse data or submit false information through our forms

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Labrynix contracting entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The specific governing law and contracting entity are set out in your signed customer agreement.
